To change or cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email or live chat and provide your order number.
We cannot guarantee changes to orders made more than 24 hours after the order was placed. This is because orders may already be being processed and may have left our warehouse.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is accepted into the shipping carrier’s system. Please also check your spam folder, as emails are sometimes mistakenly filtered there.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the external shipping carriers to send you a tracking number.

Your order is usually sent to a local print shop near you on the same day it is placed. The total delivery time is 4–5 business days on average.

If any items from your order are missing, please check your shipping confirmation to see if they were shipped separately. If all items arrived together or if you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number. We will look into the matter immediately and resolve it.

No. We currently cover the full cost of returns. However, please make sure to pack the item securely to avoid any issues with the return.

Our posters are printed locally and sustainably on FSC-certified paper with a matte finish. The paper weighs 250 g/m² and comes from sustainably managed forests.

Our canvases are made locally and sustainably from FSC-certified wood sourced from sustainably managed forests. The canvas weighs 250 g/m² and is made from a blend of polyester and sustainably grown cotton.

We do not currently offer frames, but we are working on making this option available to our customers.
If you would like to purchase a product with a frame in advance, please contact our customer service team.

We ship our posters compactly and securely in shipping tubes. Our canvases are packed in boxes with reinforced corners and bubble wrap.
